Terms of Service for Bingo Connect

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bingo Connect ("Bingo," "we," "our," or "us"), operated by Roamstead Limited. We run a multi-service platform providing online shopping, real-time delivery, and professional service booking.

By accessing or using Bingo — whether as a Customer, Vendor, Rider, or Tasker — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

Platform — The Bingo mobile application (iOS and Android), website, and associated services
Customer — A user who orders goods or services through the platform
Vendor — A merchant who lists and sells goods on the platform
Rider — A delivery partner who fulfills orders
Tasker — A service provider who performs tasks booked through the platform
KYC — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required for all vendors, riders, and taskers

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 KYC Verification

All Vendors, Riders, and Taskers must complete KYC verification before listing products, accepting orders, or performing services. The verification process includes:

Government-issued ID submission
Liveness selfie verification
Business permits and documentation (for Vendors)
Vehicle documentation (for Riders)
Professional certifications (for Taskers, where applicable)

Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restricted platform access.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Bingo is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Platform Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the platform to:

Browse, order, and pay for goods from verified Vendors
Book and pay for services from verified Taskers
List and sell goods (as a Vendor)
Accept and fulfill delivery assignments (as a Rider)
Offer and perform services (as a Tasker)

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC
Use the platform for illegal activities or prohibited items
Manipulate pricing, reviews, or Trust Scores
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Harass, threaten, or defraud other users
Reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's operation

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

5. Orders, Payments, and Payouts

5.1 Placing Orders

Customers may place orders for goods or services listed on the platform. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable delivery and service fees.

5.2 Payment Methods

Bingo supports multiple payment methods including M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery where available. All payment information is processed through secure, encrypted channels.

5.3 Vendor and Tasker Payouts

Vendors and Taskers receive payouts for completed orders according to the schedule provided during onboarding. Bingo reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, unresolved disputes, or incomplete KYC.

5.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel orders before fulfillment begins. Refund eligibility depends on order status — see our Refund Policy for details. Disputed transactions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Trust Scores and Badges

Bingo assigns Trust Scores and verification badges based on KYC tier, order history, customer feedback, and behavioral patterns. These scores help Customers make informed decisions. Bingo may adjust or revoke Trust Scores at its discretion based on platform activity.

7. Location Data

Riders and Taskers grant Bingo permission to collect and share location data while active on the platform for the purpose of order assignment, delivery tracking, and safety monitoring. Customers grant permission to collect location data for delivery address verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by or licensed to Bingo. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bingo provides a platform connecting Customers with Vendors, Riders, and Taskers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bingo is not liable for:

The quality, safety, or legality of goods sold by Vendors
The performance or conduct of Taskers or Riders
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
Disputes between users

Bingo's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the user in the transaction giving rise to the claim.
